Hosting and delivery.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical request data required to deliver the page, maintain availability, apply redirects, and protect the service from abuse.

• IP address
• Date, time, requested URL, request method, and HTTP status
• User agent, referrer, and similar request metadata
• Security, routing, and abuse-prevention signals

Several related domains redirect to this site. Requests to those domains pass through the same Cloudflare infrastructure and are processed in the same way before the redirect.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in publishing a secure and reliable website. Cloudflare acts as an infrastructure provider and may process data through its global network, including outside the EU, using safeguards described in Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum.

Cookies and local storage.

The site itself does not set cookies and does not write to local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB. A cookie banner is not used because the site does not use non-essential cookies or tracking.

If Cloudflare security features are triggered, Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies or similar signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from abusive traffic. These are not used here for analytics or advertising.

No analytics or tracking.

This site uses no Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, heatmaps, session replay, newsletter pixels, or comparable tracking tools.

Email contact.

There is no contact form. If you write to lab@naive-labs.com, your email address, message content, metadata, and any voluntary information you include are processed to read and answer the message.

Incoming mail is received through Cloudflare Email Routing, processed by a Cloudflare Worker, and stored in Cloudflare R2 so it can be reviewed and handled. Email necessarily requires this processing; without it, no reply can be provided.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR when the message concerns a possible collaboration or similar pre-contractual contact, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in answering correspondence.

Storage periods.

Technical hosting data is retained according to Cloudflare's operational logs and security settings. Email is kept only as long as needed for the conversation, follow-up, or applicable legal retention duties. Messages that are no longer needed are deleted during regular mailbox and storage maintenance.

Fonts, scripts, and media.

The published page uses system fonts and local media files. It does not load Google Fonts, external scripts, iframes, maps, video embeds, or social-media widgets.

Your rights.

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. No automated decision-making or profiling is used on this site.

To exercise these rights, write to lab@naive-labs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes.
